health insurance is too expensive
You receive 2 weeks vacation the first year with the option to buy a third. You max out at 5 weeks. They will match up to 6% of your 401K
the insurance was OK, typical BCBS, dental was fine, vision not great but just OK. the 401K is good if you can stand to work there long enough to have them match. Vacation time is typical, 1 year after you have been there a year.

They have various types of coverage available and various add-ons and depending upon what levels you chose you can have excellent coverage on medical insurance but you will also pay quite a bit for it. They also have lower cost options with high deductibles. They have 3% contribution employer match 401K plans. As well as the ability to purchase extra vacation time.
Cost of insurance is kind of high. Thats the only reason i would leave the company. But they have a ton of employees to cover too.
