It's corporate which means very limited holidays (7 total). This is one of the drawbacks from working a corporate job in America unfortunately.

After one year you have 2 years of paid time off. They also give you 10 total holidays off through the year that are paid. After one year they also give you the option to purchase a week of paid vacation by charging $35 off every pay check. Nice little side option for the extra week.
As far as an intern goes there was no "set" vacation and no paid time off, but being an inter there was flexibility with half days and days off.

You get three weeks after 5 years and can roll over 1 week. 2 weeks until then. At ten years 4 weeks vacation. 1 week of sick time every year. Unused sick time cashed out 2nd week of december
