Great health benefits package. Dental. 401k, medical and vision. PTO is the only downside- you only get 10 days off (plus a float holiday) the first year.
You have to wait till the next opening period to get the insurance kicked in.
The best thing is the health insurance since the premiums have not increased over the past several years. The 401k and PTO are not great.
Good Benefits. Our health insurance premium has remained the same for the last 6 years. The company has absorbed all of these increases. 401k is good, at least we have a match.
The 401K is the main reason I am writing this review. First, the company only matches 1.5% IF you contribute 3%. Having a match is just 1 step above having a 401K. The average that should be expected is about 3%. The match is not even the worst part, the worst part is that they now use Mutual of Omaha I didn't know about them and you probably have not heard of them either, but I was looking forward to the breakdown of funds that I could invest in, to look forward to retirement. I was shocked when I saw the fees swing from 0.015% to 0.50%! I know that this is a client service industry, but not all of us want to pay the extra 0.49% in fees. I really do not understand the switch to Mutual of Omaha. I don't know if there was an incentive for the company to switch, but the benefit was surely not passed onto the employees. So essentially, the match just got that much worse and now it is impacting our own money in the retirement. Please fix this!
Agree with earlier comments the new 401k provider (Mutual of Omaha) change was not for the better. Mutual of Omaha website lacks features/tools, mobile app and expense ratios are much higher; anywhere from 100% to 3200%+ more in fees compared to Fidelity that employees now pay YIKES!. Would be great if the company would consider a move back to Fidelity or at least renegotiate our the expense ratios if possible. Also as other mentioned by others the company match is lower then industry average. Now for the good, company absorbs cost increases of health care insurance, life insurance, onsite dr office, PTO is fair, great work life balance of 40 hours - I actually get to see my family when I come home. X plan at FORD is nice, free gym, amazing holiday party and summer events.
They just downgraded the 401k from Fidelity to Mutual of Omaha. Fees for the stock index fund increased 32x (0.015 to 0.48%) and the bond index 24x (0.025 to 0.51%), increasing fees for many by hundreds per year. This is a big loss for employees. Why ruin a decent plan? The health benefits are good. The rest of the benefits are mediocre, but will they start cutting them as well?
The best thing about the benefits is the Insurance coverage is pretty good plus an on-site doctors office is an amazing perk!
Great insurance, free gym access, yoga classes, free massages!
regular benefits like other companies, basketball court, gym, game room etc. no flexibility at all. Must use PTO out of 10 days a year if you get sick, or need to leave early. No working from home and heavily micromanaged, to a point where a min late to work can count against your performance. WTF to that.....
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
