The best thing about the benefits is the Insurance coverage is pretty good plus an on-site doctors office is an amazing perk!
They just downgraded the 401k from Fidelity to Mutual of Omaha. Fees for the stock index fund increased 32x (0.015 to 0.48%) and the bond index 24x (0.025 to 0.51%), increasing fees for many by hundreds per year. This is a big loss for employees. Why ruin a decent plan? The health benefits are good. The rest of the benefits are mediocre, but will they start cutting them as well?

regular benefits like other companies, basketball court, gym, game room etc. no flexibility at all. Must use PTO out of 10 days a year if you get sick, or need to leave early. No working from home and heavily micromanaged, to a point where a min late to work can count against your performance. WTF to that.....

the Doctors office downstairs is convenient
We get free drinks and the amount of vacation days you get off increases by each year you are employed there which is nice.
