Good benefits package, used to have local HR Benefits Rep but moved everything to Corporate and only access was using online portal.
Medical dental and vision are free to employees but co pays are going up. Many local drs/dentists not in network.
Very low cost health insurance and a nice 401k match are great. On the negative side you need to work 15 years to earn a 4th week of vacation and the 401k doesn't vest at all until 3 years.
