    Vacation starts at 3 weeks for management but doesn't increase until 15 years of service. 401k match is 6% with an additional 4.75% retirement plan contribution. Medical and dental plan are mediocre at best but that seems to be the norm in the US today.

    Insurance options are great. 401 has a very competitive company matched contribution. Vacation time depends on service, new hires will only be able to get up to 4 weeks after 15 years. One paid personal day off, then vacation starts getting used.

    The best is the 401K with company match and an additional company contribution to a retirement account based on age. It makes planning for retirement easier. Dental coverage could be better

    The health insurance was okay at the time I was working with the company. Most of the benefits enjoyed by the company are made possible by the Union. The 401k company's contribution is a flat rate payment to all staff. Generally , when compared to other companies it's entire benefits are at par with other companies of it's performance level.

    6% 401k matching, plus an additional 5 to 8% depending on seniority. Stay at the company for a long time and they'll put 14% into your 401k.
