“Benefits expensive if there is not a Tenet facility/physician in your area.”
“They match your 401 k”
“Accrual is based off of status. ”
The benefits package is good for employees
Benefits are not as good as they used to be
It was great and they were very good to us
For a healthcare company, their coverage is a joke
I am in need of some advice I have a bachelors in healthcare administration. My long term goal would be a CEO of a hospital. I am looking at masters programs and need some advice as what to get my masters in. I could get my masters in healthcare administration but would like to look at something a little different maybe healthcare leadership or something. Anyone have some advice?
I left my previous employer citing personal family issues. They were toxic, I honestly wasn’t sad to leave. Now one week later, they text me saying they heard I’m working at a hospital in the area and “tell me it isn’t true.” Im not working there… but weird they would say that? And I don’t even want to answer but I also don’t want them to hate me and ruin my reputation as a therapist in this small town. Im still onboarding at my new job. How do I respond?
Health Insurance Benefits not the best for being Healthcare provider.
Had a good insurance packages.
Employer stoped 401 k match last year. Benefits are not good and very pricey. Pay rate is not competitive. It’s actually not USPSI any more and it’s not Baylor either. It is Tenet. It should tell you everything you need to know.
401K was a good match!
Benefits package is quite pricey compared to benefits I have had at previous employment.
Benefits are not good at all.
