They cover a pretty good medical that is above standard. They also cover vision and dental, and dental is actually very cheap. They also do a life insurance plan, where you can name subsidiaries.
Health insurance is expensive and not very good. Unlimited sick days and vacation days upon approval from management (which mean it might not be approved). Decent amount of paid holidays.
