They take a small amount out of your check throughout the year for this luxury . Plus you have sick days for yourself and separate sick days for your dependents that need you.

Great benefits package. The employee scholar program covers books & tuition for any major. Vacation packages were just changed in 2017 to 3 weeks vacation and 15 sick/personal days for lower level full-time employees.
