They take a small amount out of your check throughout the year for this luxury . Plus you have sick days for yourself and separate sick days for your dependents that need you.

Great benefits package. The employee scholar program covers books & tuition for any major. Vacation packages were just changed in 2017 to 3 weeks vacation and 15 sick/personal days for lower level full-time employees.

The employer scholar program is probably one of the best education programs out of the Fortune 50's. Vacation time was recently increased from 10 to 15 days. The health insurance coverage is very poor, and makes it difficult to afford healthcare if you are a younger employee. There's some great local discounts for Connecticut employees, and additional travel discounts on a global scale.
Medical and dental benefits are average (expensive high deductible health plans) , but competitive 401k program and vacation policy. Overall, good benefits.
