not bad. pretty standard however you can never really use it. I have accrued 4 weeks of vacation over the years but never get to use it.

We get ample vacation, sick pay, personal days and paid holidays. I like that they are separate, too, instead of a single bucket of pto hours. Hours start over every year. Sick days grow every year of employment up to so many years and we start off with more than we need. Vacation doesn't increase for a number of years, but it's not really needed. And we get personal days. This way, I get to actually have a planned vacation and not have to worry about saving it in case I get sick. If I have doctor appointments or other personal errands, I can plan a day of it and take a personal day. This maximizes the day, reduces stress, and reduces missed time from work. If I were to have a serious medical issue and have to take leave, I would have plenty of time for which I would get regular pay.

You don't get much time off. You can take vacation and only paid vacation. Excused unpaid is not allowed. So unless you have been with the company for more than ten years, plan vacation wisely.
