Great benefits and RRSP matching. 4 weeks vacation plus the office shuts down over Christmas for an additional week - best thing!

Good plan but it can change, with little notice and no input from employees, based on plan cost changes. HR often cannot answer complicated questions and you'll have to reach out directly to insurance broker

Overall they have a good benefits package. It is really good for someone who is single. The health benefits for a family are more expensive.

Good healthcare plan, $17 monthly transit pass, decent dental and vision options. The United Way of King County has a 403-B plan, not a traditional 401K and employer match doesn't vest for 3 years.

Fantastic benefits for a nonprofit organization. Currently just myself on employer's plan, so can't speak to the value when you start adding dependents.

4013B -- Company will match up to 4% Health Insurance is not great No bonuses and merit based raises are laughable
