    The health insuracne is very good and i like it very much I also like the 401 and every other benefit that they offer that i am part of.

    13 days PTO your first 3 years, then 20 days until 8 years, then 26 days. VP and above start with more leave. Sick leave is part of PTO. 401k vesting right away with a match up to 3% + 1-3% employer contribution, depending on tenure. Company policy is 2 days remote work after 6 months, but implementation varies by position and department. Compressed schedule with 1 day off every two weeks also possible. Health insurance somewhat expensive and limited. Two months parental leave. Other paid benefits (life, vision, legal, etc., available).
