    Ample vacation and sick time that increases with title. At my level, I have 15 vacation and 15 sick days.

    We have an enormous amount of days off. But we are so busy sometimes it's not worth taking days off because you have too much work to make up. No sick days, but we have flex days to use for whatever we want.
