    The absolute best thing about the 401k plan through UnitedHealthcare is that you are 100% vested into the company's plan when you start working. I am not sure if this applies to part-time employees, but it is definitely true for full-time employees. I am fairly certain that this will remain available to you in the event that you decide to pursue other opportunities with another company.
