Healthcare Benefits at Unitrends are really strong. Great coverage if you have a family and kids. Additionally, they have all the additional perks you would hope for from a fast-growing high-tech firm outside of Boston. I've been really impressed compared to other tech companies I've worked for in the area.
Very generous PTO policy. Health insurance exists but is expensive for poor coverage. 401k company match is discretionary, so don't count on receiving it.
