Several options for health, vision and dental benefits, all are good plans. Basic, least expensive plan is good, there are upgraded options at a higher rate.
Strong retirement plan - they match 401 K dollar for dollar for the fist 2% and then also provide an additional 2% contribution at the end of the year
Nice 401K and profit sharing match, Medical is OK, ESOP is weak
Univar allows you to customize your benefits
Health Benefit plan is mediocre. Vacation time is average. 401k, ESPP, corporate discounts, and other benefits are nice.
Worst thing - only 2 weeks vacation. Pretty low for today's standards.
Great company perks such as: -Company Car -Company Cell Phone, Laptop, iPad, etc. -Generous time off, two weeks available your first year after 30 days. -Decent health insurance and 401K
Best thing is 401K match but Parental leave is not comparable to the other companies in the Seattle area. Maternity leave is upto 6 weeks 60% paid.
The 401K benefit is extremely generous. I didn't need any other significant benefit. Company matches 4% of your salary through the course of the year, and an additional 4% 'bonus' payment for your loyalty if you are still employed in the early part of the following year.
Best thing about benefits is they're reasonably affordable and great coverage.
