Good health insurance with company contribution, 401k plan with company contribution, fair amount of sick and vacation time
Good dental and vision, less-than-ideal health insurance. This year (2019) the only choice for health benefits will be the HSA plan. The company will match your monthly contribution to the HSA up to a certain amount. If your health is not perfect and you want Voluntary Term Life insurance, make sure you enroll as soon as you're able, at the highest amount that doesn't require you to submit any health history details. If you don't, and decide to add or increase it later, you will have to submit paperwork and may get denied. Vacation time increases the longer you're employed (up to 4 weeks), but you don't start out with very much.
PPO was good. Decent place to work
It's not too bad for what it is I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars on a review of benefits if I had to
If you work for a profitable plant you will be very happy with your total benefits package but if you put in a lot of hard work helping to improve a struggling plant is won't really pay back the work you put in.
best way to describe it is the Cadillac of packages.
The company provides decent benefits , but I would've liked to see a more level push between med. plans
They offer 401k match to every employee, provide Health, Vision and Dental insurance. 10 vacation days per year and will provide appropriate days off.
health ins was a little high and it was not the best health ins company. Aetna insurance Company Always had high premiums and co pays.
401k is not the best but anything is better than nothing. They offer $0.25 per $1 up to 6% of salary. Medical benefits are very good compared to other non-tech companies I heard about.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
