    UHS Provides 10 to 15 days PTO depending on your level.

    You have to earn time off and start with 0. It takes quite a while before you have enough time built up to take any time off. It is a hospital so they are open 24/7. You will work every holiday until you have enough time to take one off.

    This benefit is comparable to others in the industry, the only caution here is that you must use 2 days of PTO before you can access your sick bank. So you have to be sick for more than three days to access your sick pay, which is an unfair practice.

    Good amount of sick time offered, Vacation time is slimmer than other companies like Vanguard because it's not combined into PTO.
