Good plan for employees and family
Vision is cheap, worst is no vacation or sick days.
Best: UPS offered health insurance to their full time employees; those who worked 32+ hours a week. Worst: n/a
Didint take advantage of benefits but was nice to know they offered them.
Health insurance, time off, vacations, 401k, schedule changes, and post changes.
Its ok its insurance ive seen worse threw other companies. So there take that and have a very very nice day.
The best thing. I can have financial assistance in paying for medical visits. I truly appreciate our Company for having this avenue. I had faced some health challenges last year and didn't have coverage, in which has left substantial medical expenses in which I am not sure how to pay back yet. I just pray I can keep growing in my profession so I can earn raises to help me pay off this debt somehow. Thank you to the Universal Protection family for helping me have hope again.
