Best thing is the Vacation package and the worst is that there will be no performance incentive despite performance reviews every year.
Take begin reducing benefits every year I was there.
Best thing was the vacation.
Perks were OK but had to be reduced when the business down-turn hit. These reductions were consistent with those at other companies similar tooth's one.
They offer a very well rounded benefits package. Health, dental, vision, etc. but there are also a lot of additional benefits offered.
Company used to be great but now there is no 401K match, PTO hours have been reduced and health insurance have gone up.
Decent benefit package is offered at UPI.
reduced significantly, 401k at 1%
No 401K matching, PTO is 2 weeks use it or lose it. 8 hours of holiday when on a 9/80 schedule
PTO, 401K, and Insurance benefits were comparable to others in the industry. Have heard from others that those benefits have been cut in 2015 due to downturn in oil industry.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
