“Almost every physician and hospital in the state accepts our insurance plan. This is, by far, the best insurance in NJ.”
“I'm glad to have a pension plan, but I'm not sure whether it'll be there when I need it because the past 7 governors have gambled with our retirement savings.”
No benefits per diem hi
health insurance, 401k, vacations, pto, pension
the benefits package was ok i never used te insurance so i cant speak on it.
The part about the benefits with the hospital is they give your so many options with different plans
We have amazing health insurance. We get a 401k and a pension.
The health insurance is great!
The best thing about the benefits package is the health care plan. Because University Hospital is a state-run facility, the workers are state employees, and are participants in the state employee health benefits plan, which is the best health care package available in the state. If your spouse is also a state employee, and you're a beneficiary under his/her plan, you're ineligible to enroll as a UH employee. The dental plan is adequate. You have to be diligent about reading what is covered, otherwise, you'll be surprised by the out-of-pocket expenses. There is no vision plan. Tuition reimbursement is pathetic! You get a lame $3700 towards a nursing degree program.
health insurance is good, but the premium goes up every year. reasonable vacation time.
Medical Insurance is so expensive $400 every two weeks for a family. Dental insurance is reasonable. They do not offer Vision. Pension Plan is not good either. You get vested after 10 years of service!
Great medical benefits. Great PTO
