“Limited to UH, hard to get appointments, short time with doctors, lack of coordinated care, and hard to reach nurse for doctor”
A good place to work
Free eyeglasses, teaching hospital, lots of locations, integrative Health, and health point program
Nice amount of PTO increasing with time in service. Possibility to cash unused PTO during open enrollment. Medical insurance is not quite nice, high deductibles and out-of-pocket amounts. 403(b) match of 1/2 to max 6%. Salary increases are tough to get except annual COLA
health insurance is pricey and limited coverage, would like to see better paternal leave options. 401k / 4013b are good! I love the PTO offered as well.
The best thing is there is a lot of interesting research depending on your job type. More human, less robotic atmosphere. I felt more personal attention from the medical staff here. Worst: Benefits are very expensive, and I always seem to get a bill. You can be crafty and earn insurance discounts through healthy behaviors. Positive outweigh the negative. I like it here!
Health Insurance, expensive & covers nothing.
Benefits are not good for a hospital system.
Best: PTO; Worst: health benefits, no career ladder
It's not the best package, but it's not horrible either.
Adequate PTO accrual. Health insurance was expensive with limited benefits. No bonus opportunity
