    The cost of health insurance is reasonable as long as you stay in-network. This is not an issue, since the University has one of the largest network in Tucson.

    Excellent. I had an unexpected emergency where I spent 4 days in trauma care; nine days total in the hospital and did not have to pay any out of pocket expenses. Also, a doctor referral is not needed to see a specialist.

    Employee benefits are super good, especially health insurance. I barely needed to use health insurance but everyone said UofA has a great health insurance benefits.
