The cost of health insurance is reasonable as long as you stay in-network. This is not an issue, since the University has one of the largest network in Tucson.
There are several options and all employees can receive health services at Campus Health. It's all on campus, so makes it very convenient.

Health insurance benefits were fine. Nothing out of the ordinary, not good, not bad, fine.
Plans seem generous, copays are reasonable, HSA is a good overall option
Excellent. I had an unexpected emergency where I spent 4 days in trauma care; nine days total in the hospital and did not have to pay any out of pocket expenses. Also, a doctor referral is not needed to see a specialist.
