“Dental and eye cares are included”
“UC opted out of paid family leave and doesn’t provide. Comparable benefit. If it participated it’s be 6 weeks of 55% pay for both parents. Also the disability insurance coverage is less generous than state disability. ”
“Pension Plan is the pool of funds invested on the employee's behalf so would not be covered for temporary employers”
Mandatory contributions to pension plan, lots of options for healthcare and contribution is based on salary.
The insurance has been covered
You have options between health plans, retirement (403b, pension), 3 weeks vacation, etc. This is relatively standard to other places I have worked. Parental leave is limited to taking short term disability and unpaid leave under FMLA. No tuition help.
The benefits package is fantastic. it's better for employees who've been around for a while as opposed to newer employees.
Academics get 16 vacation/month with 384h max. Great health choices (UC Care is most expensive but a very good PPO, HealthNet Blue and Gold s similar and cheaper but still an HMO). You get vision and dental and menu of other benefits.
The company has a great package that includes health and vacation.
Great retirement plans if you can work long term
Tuition waiver + health insurance Very flexible hours
Great benefit choices, great coverage, low out of pocket cost and low premiums.
Great health insurance. They offer retirement plan but they don't match it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
