Awesome benefits time off and sick time plus a good vacation package. Health benefits are great too.
A good work life balance.
housing discounts at certain apartment buildings
very understanding and flexible in accommodations to student's schedule
The Health benefits are great, and the worst is the mandatory retirement package
Vacation days are adequate for the Chicago area. I started with 2 weeks vacation and another week of "personal holidays" which is just another name for vacation days. I pay little for my BCBS health insurance. And they match x2 my contributions to my 401k. If you are coming from a fancy consulting firm, it may not look like much. Was enough for me.
Great vacation time, retirement plans, and health insurance options
There is not a benefit package for my position.
Healthcare on site. Flex Spending Account. Union. Tuition benefits if one can afford to pay up front. Stagnant wages.
Best thing about the benefits is that the retirement plan is good, the bad thing is that you pay out of your base salary. So your take away salary reduces by thousands. jkjkjkjj sddf sddf ssdf ssd sdd fffg h hj j j j j jjjjj
