Great benefits, very flexible with vacation/sick time health insurance is the best I've ever had and the retirement is unbeatable.
Pretty good options and pretty affordable/low premiums. Also good contribution matching to retirement account by employer
Heath, Dental, vision, 401a, vacation and sick pay. Sounds good but you end up paying a lot into your health insurance without great perks. And pay is only 1x month. If you are allowed to work overtime you could earn a lot of comp time, but overtime is not often allowed.
There was no 401K plan for this type of employment. The health insurance also has a $500 deductible which seems a lot for a student.
Professional exempt get 4 weeks of paid vacation, plus sick leave and university holidays! 2-1 matching retirement, excellent healthcare.
The benefits package covers what a student needs. I wouldn't say there is anything bad about it besides for that it might be a little expensive
Good range of health care options, at varying costs; Good dental options; Reasonable employer contribution to retirement - though not up to other comparable universities; Fair to poor tuition benefit as compared to peers - only 9 credits per year (for either employee or dependent)
It exists, the best is possibly the health insurance - could be better but not the worst too.
No stress, people and boss are friendly. The supervisor always tries to make your have innovations
Its a standard befits package
