5 health options to choose from, 2 dental options, optional vision add on. 401k matching is great at 10%. There's a tuition benefit too which can be used for the employee or a dependent. I also enjoy the discounts offered on CU athletics. Vacation and sick time are both generous.
Student employees are often required to pay for benefits that we are ineligible to receive.
Love having the EcoPass system. Tuition reimbursement program nice but so understaffed in office that no one in office has time to take advantage of it.
The best thing is year-round access to the recreation center. Health insurance is also awesome; unlimited visits at no charge with great doctors. Worst thing is no travel coverage or assistance and no contract with car companies.
No benefits. Education is free.
The salary isn't particularly high, but the benefits are great. In particular, the health insurance and retirement fund match.
Graduate students get access to all undergraduate students benefits as well (including gyms, bus passes, and cheap health insurance). I also got 3 weeks vacation but depending on the lab, that amount may vary.
Retirement is matched 2 to 1
I don't get any benefits
Tuition waiver for one course. Couple of TA positions also gets you campus medical insurance.
