Best: Tuition remission at a UD, flexible hiurs, telecommute, health care with HSA match, 401k match. Worst: Pay is only average.
The worst thing about the benefits package is that it is not available to adjunct faculty members. I would love it if they would consider offering supplementary benefits that could even be self-funded through payroll. The benefits for full-time employees is 5 star.
Great benefits if you have children who can take advantage of the tuition discount. Health insurance is a good value. UD contributes to your retirement account. Personal and professional growth opportunities.
Low premium but every year gets more expensive.
There were no benefits except for a yearly 25 cents raise for each year I remained employed as a student worker.
