    Good number of vacation days and time paid off in a year. There are also days for personal holidays and sick leave all being paid. I like it so much in comparison other companies in the USA.

    Very high accrual of PTO. 16 hours/month vacation time and 12.5 hours/month sick time. It accrues for all regular full-time (non-union) employees from their first day working.
