Good number of vacation days and time paid off in a year. There are also days for personal holidays and sick leave all being paid. I like it so much in comparison other companies in the USA.

16hr/mo vacation, 12hr/mo sick accruals plus 11 paid holiday days and ability to transfer sick accruals to vacation once you reach a minimum = excellent. Also, the cap is extremely high.

Very high accrual of PTO. 16 hours/month vacation time and 12.5 hours/month sick time. It accrues for all regular full-time (non-union) employees from their first day working.

Your work time is very flexible and you can trade shift with anybody who work there.

In my case, it depends on my supervisor, which he never say no to my vacation request!
