“Good as long as you use KU physicians”
“PTO & sick time were pretty great for something that was an accrual system.”
“it was a 403b plan”
Low health insurance premiums, great PTO benefits
Great place to work - very supportive environment.
PTO and sick time was great and you could roll over quite a bit. You did max out on what you could earn in a year though, but it was very generous. Sick time never expired or maxed out.
good health insurance and 401k
I’m going to be vague here so forgive me, but need some opinions. I got a Masters in a specialty and have worked in this specialty for 1 year. I was approached on LinkedIn by a recruiter for a position doing the job I was doing prior to my current specialty. This new opportunity has the potential to be a great stepping stone in my career with a better title and way more money but I feel like I’m taking a step backwards by not using my Masters. Would you stay on the path that you went to school..
Benefits from 401K to health insurance coverage are fantastic
Having Personal Sick Time separate from PTO has been super beneficial.
The retirement package is the best I have seen.
401k, vacation leave and sick leave are great! Health insurance is okay.
Benefits and 401k are great
Great working atmosphere and colleagues
