Flexible enough to continue work once you get healthy. Flexible work hours and you can inform in advance if you need leave
it was ok for me
There are flexible about this and you can always discuss this with your advisor.
There is a good number of sick days that can be used as needed
Adequate sick days and separate from you other acquired types of leave.
15 days a year for sick with no cap to accrue
Since I was just an intern there for couple months, I found that it doesn't matter if you are there or not. Because they pay you base on how many hours you work.
Best: Sick days keep accumulating for the length of your employment and count towards your retirement. Worst: No down side.
They don't care as long as you make up the hours.
You are allowed to take off if you have too much coursework or need to study for an exam. Very reasonable.
