Really hard to get appointments at Michigan Medicine, which is one of the few providers which you can use the Blue Cross Premier Care (standard health care option).
The University of Michigan offers a choice of health plans as part of a high-quality benefits package that helps you stay well and protect yourself and your family. Eligible employees and retirees can select from Comprehensive Major Medical, U-M Premier Care and Community Blue PPO. Another plan, GradCare, is offered for benefits-eligible graduate students only. Prescription drug coverage is included when you enroll in any U-M health plan.
No deductible and employer pays 75% of cost. I can go anywhere in state
Excellent coverages, easy to deal with the company.
UOFM benefits are excellent and a great match for the UofM healthcare system. Go to UofM network doctors and hospitals and practically all charges will be covered.
