Really great benefit - has what we all like to call the "free baby plan" because I think it's about $20 worth of copay to have a child with your significant other.

Reasonable premiums and low medical costs under some plans. Employer cost sharing. Wellness incentive plan helps cover some premium costs. Currently has a non-smoking discount (also for employees who commit to smoking cessation program)

They keep changing it around. A couple of years ago we had to pay the first $250 spent out of pocket before the insurance kicked in. This was supposed to show people how much money was going towards medical care. Then they decided to go with copays is you used University of Missouri Healthcare. The university is also a teaching hospital and has a large medical group associated with it. It is an okay system but they need to quit messing with it each year.
