Winter break leave time is the best. Operations shut down from December 25 through January 1.
401k up to 3% employer match 100%, two weeks of vacation as well as 2 weeks of sickness. In addition, 4 personals days, and some holidays are paid and when have to work they it times and half (July 4th is double).
There is a lot of compensation for overtime, including flexible hours. I was a part-time worker that was able to be very flexible in my scheduling.

Best thing is the UM Custom insurance plan. Regular clinic visits are only $5 if you use UM Healthcare docs and they have a large network locally.
