Company match 401K Plan.
One of the better ones that I have had.
Was a decent plan before they changed administrators. Now with Prudential and they stink. Website hard to use, hard to get help with questions. Saw my portfolio decline just because I struggled with new admin company.
Having to pay to amend your taxes because they did not send out the change information until April 12!
The 401k Plan is great and competitive to my knowledge. I am not 100% sure how to effectively grow the 401K plan, but when I left the company I had a good chunk of money in my 401k. The ease of borrowing and repaying was also on point and no an issue at all.
Has all of the basics, could be more generous with vacation time upfront. Work/life balance and flexible scheduling completely depends on your department and boss
The company switched the 401 plan provider in the summer of 2017, it is a very good plan with many options.
Matching after one year. Decent rate.
