Best thing is the 9% employer contribution to retirement.
9%ish to 403b ever year. insurance is good but a little expensive. There is little to no opportunity to raises beyond cost of living ~2% each year and they don't do it ever year
Great retirement benefits, but the health insurance could be better.

Great retirement package and health insurance coverage.
The health insurance package tends to cost $ if you want more than the basement plan for your family. With Aetna HMO, the urgent care copay is up to $50! Wish we still had access to Kaiser. Behavioral health benefits through Aetna HMO is not good - the best providers don't take that plan. My family is satisfied with the dental coverage, but we do pay a pretty hefty premium for it. We don't get MLK Jr birthday as a holiday, which doesn't jive with local schools.
Free meal per shift; untaxed earnings (if you are work study)
Free candy for everyone who tutors
I worked as Student Employee there were no benefits but we were on the schools insurance for one job events.
401k after 2 years and tuition reimbursement after 4 years
