Excellent coverage. We have a medically-fragile, special-needs child, and are grateful for everything that is covered.

  • Retirement Plan(5 comments)

A 6% match is unheard of these days - stellar.

Trash benefits, the only useful thing is the educational benefit. Employees are severely underpaid, if you're not there for the employee educational benefit, please get a better company

Excellent benefits, including great health insurance (and options for deductibles, etc.), retirement, HSA. For me, the benefits package is about 30K a year. Vacation and time off is not so good. You have to apply in October for any vacation time for the following year. And they take a long time to let you know. This year, I wasn't told until January! They are not in the least flexible. I missed my son's wedding because of this crazy system.

Some positions/departments offer the option to work from occasionally to accommodate family/appts. High deductible health insurance is <20 per month for salaried pay grades, not sure about hourly. 6% 403b match, but only have two years of service. Some HSA contribution from the company if you complete an annual health assessment. Unlimited sick days and 3 weeks vacation for salaried employees. Dependents of employee get discounted tuition, plus discounted tuition for employee if it pertains to their job. You have to pay for parking. Just too many people and not enough parking spaces to have it be free. No performance bonuses or surplus payouts unless your a provider.
