UMRC provides both a high and low deductible healthcare plan (HSA plan available for the high deductible. URMC will put in money annually if you have an account. Also provide dental. 403b plan in which the University gives a rate of 6.2%, regardless of how much you choose to put in.
As a resident/intern, you have the same benefits as full-time employees. Tuition waiver is great and you have many options to chose from since it's a large university
