“Sick days are computed by actual hours worked. Overtime hours are not used to compute sick time and vacation hours . ”
“not an SP benefit ”
Good retirement package, the university is self-insured and strives to offer a good medical health package
No benefits for adjunct faculty
Everything very very very very good. Shelby building, I love you
the pay is the worse
Adjuncts do not receive benefits. However, they do qualify for the food pantry on campus.
health insurance is good and also working environment is also good
Very affordable and have single or family options Payed Time Off
The retirement plan is great...once you get past the fact they take 7.5% out of each check. The medical insurance is great, but the Prescription plan is awful. You get a lot of time off for holidays.
Excellent employee funded health insurance and dental plan Can also quality for the Teachers Retirement of Alabama.
I love being an SP mainly because I get to learn new things and it also gives me a different perspective on how healthcare providers react to human interaction.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
