Overall good benefits - there were many changes in health benefits but this was happening at all companies. Time off is flexible. Good community.
Health insurance used to be great. Perks of working there is free tuition... if they let you take classes that is.
Very good benefits, including a no-deductible health insurance option. Take advantage of the free education after your first year!
The good thing is there are a few options to choose from.
Holiday pay between Christmas and New Year.
You get to take classes towards an undergraduate or graduate degree. Small class sizes. Some great professors. Retirement matching. Nice coworkers
There is none for adjuncts.
Worst benefits package I have ever seen in over 30yrs of working.
