Excellent retirement contributions. Tuition remission for many (but not all) graduate programs. Generous leave.

100% Tuition remission, amazing 403(b) plan where st Thomas will contribute 9.4% of your salary whether you contribute or not, and then also great PTO

Benefits here are really great - very affordable health and dental, and 9.4% contribution from UST to retirement regardless of whether or not you contribute anything. Tuition remission for spouse and dependents too. Great if you have a kid going into college in the next three years.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Coordinator in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Tuition is truly free for nearly all programs. Many positions are much more demanding in practice than they are on paper, so it may not be feasible to work and go to school. Retirement benefits are great.

We don't get any benefits from University of St. Thomas. Since this is a part time opportunity and private university.

Retirement contributions are fantastic, but health care beyond single employee goes up fast. Excellent vacation allowance.

The benefits at St. Thomas are abundant and vast. Retirement savings is a great program. You and your family get to go to school for free after being employed for 1 year.
