The benefits package is great! Really makes up for the low compensation package.
There is no benefits package for being a Graduate Assistant.
The only benefits provided to GAs is that it covers tuition for up to 36 credit hours. For comparison, USF covers tuition but also health insurance and has a higher stipend.
There are no company perks. The health insurance is decent as well a the vision and dental insurance. The institution puts $100 in your HSA account each month and uses RALLY Rewards.

For a student employee in OSLE it can be easy to get time off and sometimes you get free food. You always get free novelties.
Employees who contribute at least 5.5% toward their 403B receive a match of 7.5%.
