401k with employer contribution, PTO, Health insurance, Life Insurance
The benefits are amazing. They pay for up to 9 credit hours so you can work towards a degree.
Great Benefits, Health insurance and retirement plan. Excellent time off options.
health insurance is at student level, very basic
Health insurance is not very good. There are no other benefits. You can see all those on their online pages related to postdoc and nothing is written with clarity accept you have to work 24X7 under supervisor and he/she is responsible for growth not university.
The amount of time off is great. Annual and sick leave are accrued monthly for hourly employees, as well as one personal day per year. We also get almost all holidays, and the week of Christmas.
Increase in employee medical coverage payment
There are choices for health insurance plans. Need health screening and coaching for discount.
It all depends on the mentor.
The PTO is fantastic. Health insurance is also great. I've never really been a fan of pensions, but the pension system here deducts 5% from your paycheck, but then gives you 5% back to put into a 401k. Which is pretty awesome.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
