They offer reasonable health insurance, although dental and optical are extras you have to add on and pay for yourself. As a state employee you get life insurance, although this isn't very good.
University of Tennessee is a great university. It is in a great location, close to the great smoky mountain. The benefits are good too.
Flexible time and nice people.
Student health insurance requires a referral for providers outside the student health center. If you aren't full time student, a student health fee must be paid every semester to visit the health center, even if you are only getting a referral.
