It offers a lot for it's employee's such as a really good 403(b) retirement plan, flex spending for medical and dependent care, as well as highly valued medical and dental insurance that's very affordable. The paid time off and maternally leave are great benefits as well and many value that most when looking at what the University of Vermont offers it's employee's.
