Best - the 10% contribution to retirement funds with 20% vesting each year. Worst - no maternity leave, no tuition assistance
Best retirement around, if you can make it through the first five years to become fully vested.
Best: 10% contribution to retirement plan-- begins after 1 year of employment and vests 25% each year. Don't have to match any portion of that. Worst: No maternity leave (can use short-term disability) and no tuition assistance/very little professional development.
Good company perks, as it's affiliated with UW-Madison. Good vacation package that builds quickly, nice 401k match, discounted membership at UW gym facilities.
Foundation provides a great 401k where they put in 10% after one year without match needed. They have coverage of domestic partners for healthcare benefits, and a fairly decent array of medical, dental and vision coverage. Time off is also generous.
