Some of the best benefits that Ive ever seen! Sick time, vacation time, legal holiday, paternity/maternity leave, overtime, comp time, night time differentials, weekend differentials. If you are a RN you get off shift pay, off weekend pay, and call in pay.

Most likely some of the best wages in WI, except maybe compared with a couple MKE hospitals. Decent vacation time, good healthcare.

Health insurance very good compared to other hospitals! WRS good except takes 5 years to become vested and thus can't get their contribution unless work there for 5 years

Includes all sorts of options for packages. I had health insurance and dental care. I worked with multiple mothers and they said they were good packages for their children and themselves.

They decreased the package over time. Still decent, but not as nice.

We had a very nice package with basic dental and healthcare coverage. UWHC also offered generous vacation and PTO, although this was decreased after the unions were busted in Wisconsin and our collective bargaining agreement lapsed. Overall, I would say that I was happy with the benefits offered.

best- was heavy on deferred comp so retirement options were good. Then Gov Scott Walker torpedoed the State of Wisconsin and the deferred comp and cost of health insurance and benefits increased by 30% in summer 2014.

Access to some of the best physicians in the country.
