I'm not positive what others are receiving, but I started with a large amount of PTO when all accounted for, between sick, personal, holiday, vacation, etc.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Communications Specialist in Madison, Wisconsin

For full-time year-long academic staff, there is over 20 days of time off in addition to some paid holidays and flexible time off. Some departments are very small, so it can be difficult to take a bunch of time off in a row.
