It's OK. But, my gripe is that employers offer retirement and position it as a benefit but don't pay it out until you are there five years and then they can you before you can collect. They should just add that into your salary. Period. It is not fair and not right to posture retirement benefits as a part of the package unless it will be paid.
It is a good, secure, well funded retirement system--state wide, large pool of contributors (as long as Gov. Walker and the GOP don't raid it).
