very good health insurance
There is a decent flexibility of coverage that one can select. However, dental and vision plans could be better. Family coverage is decent.
Included health insurance without working full time. Other benefits like 401k, vacation not available. Pretty decent considering the work being done.
best thing is the flexibility of the work hours and worst thing is the lack of proper preparation for the job
Great and renowned professors handle my master degree program
Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, sick days, paid Holidays, travel award
inexpensive health care options, WRS
No benefits package for part-time employees do to new budget cuts.
great paid time off, good retirement , pay was ok could have been better
The benefits are one of the few perks of working here. The monthly premium is lower than what most other major employers in the area charge. The deductible is insanely low, much much lower than any other employer in the area. The state matches 6% of your pension contribution and all of this comes out pre-tax, lowering your overall tax obligation. You get lots of PTO, I had more PTO in my first year than most of my friends did 3-5 years after working with the same company. Lots of paid holidays, some of which most other employers do not pay for. The one thing they don't offer is a maternity/paternity policy. You can take it paid if you use your vacation/sick time, but otherwise you are SOL.
