The health insurance for graduate assistants is decent and pay is good, but adding minimal dental insurance would be great.
The ability to choose between the 401K retirement plan with Tiaa-Cref or the state retirement plan. The Health insurance was really good as well.
Excellent vacation, sick leave and medical. Exempt employees start at 22 days vacation per year. Very generous benefit package!
