They have a matching program for 401k, as well as good medical, excellent dental and also vision insurance options. In addition you have life insurance options depending on your executive level that are nice and may be matched. The vacation policy varies depending on executive level as well. You may accrue or be told that vacation is limitless for your position, and take it when you can. (That doesn't mean work always allows that to happen)
The benefits package is very good, very happy with the package.
Health insurance is not that bad but if you want to include your wife or partner is expensive.
