“Costs are covered for individuals. Families have low costs through a high deductible HSA plan.”
“You can work from home but you need to buy high speed internet and pay for it yourself. Also, if you are in Sales, there is No Reimbursement of cell phone expenses, but you must be reachable at all times on your cell. Very stingy policy for an enterprise software company.”
“If you keep your billable hours up, you'll get unlimited vacation time”
The usual health benefits. Remote work company and unlimited PTO.
Vacation depends on Business unit, but many have unlimited vacation. No 401k match Minor bonuses paid out depending on company earnings and individual performance Health care costs are subsidized heavily which will be their main pitch when discussing benefits.
Great benefit package, everything you'd require to cover your family needs
Unlimited PTO, remote first, good health insurance. No 401k match, inconsistent bonus and equity
Unlimited PTO; no 401K match.
The unlimited paid time off is a great perk, provided you're not too busy to actually take advantage of it. Offers a 401k, but it is not matched.
Decent healthcare benefits, no 401k match, very friendly for remote working. No limits on where you can work as long as you can do your job.
Unlimited PTO. No 401K match.
Decent Health Insurance and company pays a good portion. NO 401K match which is ridiculous. No employee stock purchase which is stupid. They do not provide very good benefits besides the standard insurance. Not having 401k match just shows what they think of employees' future within and outside of the company.
Uplands take on a 401k is "we offer one".
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
