Best aspects of the benefits include 401K matching, supplements to the health savings accounts, and an excellent holiday schedule. Like many companies, Upshot now promotes high deductible plans with HSA's. Northwestern and their docs are includes which is a plus.
Not the best offering in regard to benefits.
Upshot Inc. has a generous holiday off. So even when the parent company (Advantage) doesn't give a specific holiday, Upshot will give it off. Often adding extra days off the year. Nice.
Nothing good anymore. The SVP level sold them all off. While every benefit to every employee was cut from the buy out, I'm sure the SVP made a ton at our expense.
